Woohoo, I am finally finished with my six weather cats! All of them can be viewed in my deviantart gallery, if anyone wants to see them for some reason.
This is Windy, the final one. She is supposed to have a surprised expression, although I am not sure I pulled that one off. I'm also a little unsure of the anatomy in her hind legs. I apologize if the background kills anyone's eyes - I got sick of drawing clouds and stuff, so I represented wind with some bright, swirling colors.
C&C is always welcome.
Oh and Docile_Dragon, if you see this, I have decided to draw Leila, because I'm sick of doing feather texture. I'll get started on her right away.

this is gorgeoussss.
I love all the detail in the wings, and the background. Great job with the anatomy, the pose, and everything. I absolutely love how crisp and clean the lineart is, and how precise the shading and coloring is, as well. Great job with it all. The background is super neat.
She does look surprised, but perhaps it's not a pleasant surprise...
The only think I'd like to critique is her feet/paws, which look just a little bit awkward. I think it's the fact that the viewer can see the bottoms of all four of them, which doesn't feel quite right, considering the way some of the legs are positioned. The one that I notice it most, is the front leg closest to the viewer, which seems to be positioned straight down, but the paw itself looks to be more on an angle. It's hard for me to explain... But i hope you understand what i'm trying to say. xD
I really like the ears and face, and the tail, though the wings are probably my favorite part... You must have put soooo much time into making those look right.

That colour of blue is AWESOME, I just love it to bits ^^
Wow Drey (may I call you that?), the dtail you've put into the wings is amazing and your shading is incredible. I love the fluffiness and length of the tail you've acheived and again the colour choice for Windy is amazing :D
The way you've drawn the face is great and your proportions are well constructed.
I think it was wonderful that you portrayed wind with bright colurs instead of clouds and normal sky colours, it really makes Windy pop out and is quite a creative idea :)
Kanadra's mentioned the critiques I was going to say so you have no critiques from me :3

Docile: Yay, I must have done something right with her expression! Hopefully I'll have Leila out quickly, but don't count on it, what with school starting and everything. XD
Sketches: Oh wow, thanks a lot! I just love long comments, and comments from you especially since you are one of the artists I look up to. Of course you can call me Drey, I get called that in real life sometimes (because my name is Audrey). This seems to be a well-loved color of blue, haha. I think Windy is one of my favorites, too - she looks more expressive and vibrant than the other ones I drew.

oh wow, those wings! it looks like it took forever to draw, but I love them and the effect they give off. I think you nailed expression :)
hmm, kanadra's done most of the crit but I just want to point out that right hind leg. You've done it on the other legs but it seems like there's no joint connecting the paw to the leg and it looks a bit awkward that way. But the whole pic looks great, I hope you do more winged creatures :)

i love the way you drew the wings! reminds me of a church i passed by, its one window had an angel in it with the exact same wings but white. anyways, you make them very interestingly, great job! :P
