Hey guys.

So I am attempting to get my realism drawings up to snuff. I have a copy of Andrew Loomis's book for human anatomy and it is doing unbelievable amounts of help to my anatomical issues with my drawings. But I also would like to start moving into the realm of animals as well but I am having problems finding information for this.
i spent the better part of 2 hours on the internet searching for canine anatomy, specifically muscle anatomy but cam eup empty handed in the end. So i was curious if any of you guys here knew where i could either find or, if necessary, buy some good anatomical information on canines, felines, reptiles, etc.

Thanks all. :amused:

Canines are quite literally all over the internet. They are probably the number one easiest to find animal online.

You can find plenty of tutorials about them in the Tutorial thread, but I will list a couple of things for you here.

Canines:
Dog skeleton
Chest and leg muscles, front (big file)
Canine face anatomy (big file)
Teeth
Musculature

Felines:
Tiger skeleton
Sabre tooth skeleton
Lion chest and leg muscles, front
Big cat face anatomy
Cat musculature

Reptiles are too wide a subject to provide pictures for. You'll really just have to look around, even Google images will give you tons of results if you search with the right words (add musculature or anatomy).

Thanks Lhune. I spent a lot of time typing in canine anatomy or feline muscle structure and it would turn up nothing for me. Again, Thanks a lot. :yahoo:
